At P.S. Good Times, we want you to glow inside and out, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all beauty products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your beauty items in their original boxes to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team verifies the contents, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
